How it works
Virtual and Phone Therapy Services

Accessing mental health services can be challenging, which is why I offer virtual and phone therapy sessions. As a trained therapist, I value the use of technologies to provide high-quality support to you, in the comfort of your own space, wherever you are in Australia, and in the world!

Therapy duration
  • I suggest six sessions for each specific concern.
  • Each session lasts 60 minutes and can be scheduled every two weeks or monthly.
  • The cost for a one-hour session is $180, while a package of six sessions is available for $950.
  • I'm also open to discussing payment plans for individual sessions.

  • You will receive an email confirming your appointment details
  • If the connection is right for you, we will discuss and book your first appointment. You will be required to complete a Confidentiality Form, which I will email prior to our first session.
